Mischa founded the Brazil House Ltda Real Estate Agency and Investment Fund in 2007 and managed the company during four years. Mischa has a MSc Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the ETH Zürich, a broad international work experience and is fluent in several languages: English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Mischa is a licensed Brazilian real estate broker with CRECI 07018-F.

Daniel holds a Master degree in Tourism and is fluent in four languages: Portuguese, English, Italian and French. He is co-founder of the Brazil House Real Estate Agency and is a licensed Brazilian real estate agent - CRECI 06717. Daniel grew up in Fortaleza has a broad knowledge of the local real estate market and a very good network to take care and speed up the sometimes bureaucratic process of a real estate transaction

Daniela holds a Master Degree in Business Administration and Tourism and is coordinating the sales activities in the Fortaleza down town area. Thanks to a one year exchange program in the US, Daniela is fluent in English. Daniel is also the owner of an own travel agency: www.braziltriptur.com

Rui Farias has a long-term experience and university specialization in Brazilian Real Estate Law.
