Brazil House was founded in 2007 by Mischa Csendes and Daniel Milano. The company started as a real estate investment company and is focusing on luxury properties and high quality consulting services for foreigners who want to invest in properties in the state of Ceará.

Mischa Csendes (Swiss): Co-Founder
Mischa founded the Brazil House Ltda Real Estate Investment and Agency in 2007 and managed the company during three years. Mischa has a MSc Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the ETH Zürich, a broad international work experience and is fluent in several languages: German, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Mischa is a licensed Brazilian real estate broker with CRECI 07018-F.
Daniel Milano (Brazilian): Co-Founder and Administrator
Daniel holds a Master degree in Tourism and is fluent in four languages: Portuguese, English, Italian and French. He is co-founder of the Brazil House Real Estate Agency and is a licensed Brazilian real estate agent - CRECI 06717. Daniel has a broad knowledge of the real estate market in Cumbuco, Taiba and Fortaleza.
Diana-Isabell Stelling (German): Freelance Architect and Consultant
Diana, holds a Masters Degree in architecture from the Munich university and lives in Brazil since 2005, carrying out various projects for private individuals (incl. renovations) as well as for institutional investors: http://www.stelling-architects.com/
